Meet Kim Oswell

Sports fan and copy editor Kim Oswell trades the beaches of Southern California for the snow and ice of Stockholm as part of the GROW program.

Founded in 1990, Bonnier Media University has evolved and shifted focus as Bonnier has expanded. But its primary purpose has remained the same - to develop, attract and inspire key people and talent within Bonnier. Now BMU is undertaking the biggest initiative in its history: the Bonnier Key People Commitment.

GROW, Bonnier's global rotation program is now looking for participants for the three terms of 2011. "We have new jobs, new companies and new countries this year," says Elisabeth Palombo of Bonnier Media University and manager of the GROW program.
