Bonnier Sales Awards Announced

The winners are:

• Jenny Boberg of TV4 Sverige in Sweden, Rookie of the Year 2009. "She's fearless when faced with new and greater challenges, and is always looking for new ways of working," reads the judges' motivation. The award includes EUR 3,000 in prize money as well as a spot as an attendee at Bonnier's creative inspiration GRID conference September 5-7.

• Heikki Lampinen of Dagens Nyheter, Sales Manager of the Year 2009. The judges' motivation reads: "Heikki inspires his colleagues and clients with his unique capacity for seeing new opportunities and expanding business by finding solutions within the Bonnier sphere. He's both a serious and lighthearted leader that encourages the right values and standards in his team." Sales Manager of the Year includes EUR 10,000 in prize money.

• Kayse Gundram of TransWorld Media in the U.S., Sales Representative of the Year 2009. The judges wrote: "Her focus and determination have won her exclusive deals with numerous large key accounts. With her creativity, diligence, and open-mindedness, Kayse has not only met her client's needs, but surpassed their expectations." Sales Representative of the Year is also worth EUR 10,000 in prize money.

"It was hard, as always, to pick the winners from among so many top achievers," said jury member Jonas Eriksson, CEO of Canal+ and C More Entertainment.

Other jury members include Jonas Bonnier, President and CEO of Bonnier AB; Torsten Larsson, President Bonnier Broadcasting & Bonnier Entertainment; Ulrika Saxon, CEO and President Bonnier Magazine Group & Bonnier Morning Paper; Jonas Irebjörk, Sales Manager TV4; and Marjaana Toiminen, President, Bonnier Publications Oy.
