After two intense and extremely interesting days at the Supernova conference, we are now settled in at our new San Francisco office. Our Bonnier colleagues at Weldon Owen gave us a very warm and heartful welcome, so we are very excited about the whole affair.
We are primarily here to do two things:
Firstly we are running a project related to e-reading and prototyping new media formats. We will be working closely with our American magazines in New York, Winter Park, Boulder and San Diego. Looking forward to seeing more of them.
Secondly, we are here to make new friends. In a time where the media industry are struggling to find the right model for content, distribution and business - we thought we as the R&D team should be talking to other people that might have worked out a thing or two. So if you're in the Bay Area and have a good idea on what we should be doing - get in touch. Or come and visit us!
More on Supernova and everything else in the weekly summary tomorrow, which we're glad to see will be featured on Weeknotes.com from now on. Good stuff!
