When Resumé project manager Anna Nilsson, 28, talks about working as a GROW exchange participant at Ullstein Buchverlage in Germany, she says that the experience has exceeded her expectations. "What's best are the new perspectives you get and the new people you meet," she says.
Nilsson, who lives in Stockholm and has worked at Resumé for three years, says her new job - which started at the beginning of February and ends at the end of April, is a lot of fun. "Just now I'm working with the annual competition and corporate communications book Jahrbuch der Unternehmenskommunikation, setting up the criteria for a new category, Social Media," she says. "In a couple of weeks they will start receiving entries and everything needs to be in order by then."
"It's been so fun and an incredible learning experience, I haven't regretted a single second," Nilsson says. Her advice for others applying to GROW? "Above all, dare to be personal in your application."
