Saveur.com Becomes a Best of the Web Aggregator for Food and Travel Content

With recipes, photos and techniques from across the internet, Saveur’s site transforms itself into an editorial filter for the most authentic and delicious content on the web.

These days, there's a staggering amount of food writing and photography online.  Sifting through all that independently-produced and brand-name food writing can be overwhelming.  That's why Saveur is turning its keen editorial eyes towards the web.

The fresh, new Saveur.com has transformed into a best of the web aggregator, sharing the most mouthwatering recipes, stories and photos from the web.  In a letter on the site, Saveur Editor-in-Chief James Oseland says, "We've redesigned our site to make it reflect even more vibrantly what Saveur has always been about-traveling far and wide to savor authentic cuisine."

In addition to the Saveur's monthly recipes, photos and stories, the redesigned site features a frequently updated home page section that points to the most delicious standouts across the internet on a daily basis.  The editors spotlight everything from recipes on fellow magazine sites to cooking tips from independent blogs.

Regular contributors include locavore butcher heroes Jessica and Joshua Applestone, blogger and author Cathy Erway of Not Eating Out in New York, photographer and cookbook author Heidi Swanson of 101 Cookbooks and many more.
