In June, Maria Curman became a member of the board of directors for Bonnier AB, where she replaces Per-Olov Atle. Until the end of 2011, she was the CEO for Bonnier Books, which under the previous company organization was the business area for Bonnier's book operations. Prior to that, among other things she has served as CEO for Bonnierförlagen, Swedish Television, Bonnier Utbildning and Almqvist & Wiksell. She is currently a board member of Apoteket AB, Axfood and Teracom.
Sara Stenman, journalist at Nyhetsbolaget, TV4's news production company, is a new union representative to the board. She started at TV4 in 1994 and has worked as a reporter, presenter and editor at news programs TV4 Nyheterna and Nyhetsmorgon. Krister Berntsson of Bonnier Tidskrifter will serve as her deputy member.
